When does money reach my bank?
Stripe pays out to your bank on its own schedule for your account. The expected arrival date for every payout is shown in Zelko, so you're never guessing.
What does it cost?
Stripe charges a processing fee on each payment. The rate is shown in the app before you take your first payment.
Do clients need an account?
No. They pay on your booking page with a card or wallet. Stripe handles card security.
Can I refund a deposit?
Yes, from the booking in the app. Refunds go back to the client's card through Stripe.
